Tuesday - Hills Focus

Our Tuesday weekly group training sessions will focus on hills. The objective is to maximise the amount of climbing throughout the session, with different approaches to climbing in different sessions. 

The sessions are designed to cater for athletes of different abilities, and everyone is given feedback. Riders are also encouraged to develop their self-awareness so they can analyse their riding ability and improve.

Wednesday - Skills Focus

Come to the Wednesday morning facilitated skills session to focus on your bike handling skills. This session is suitable for athletes of different abilities, as the focus will be on skills rather than fitness or efforts. This is a low intensity session and would be a suitable workout for a recovery or easy day. 
The kinds of things that we will do in the sessions include:
  • cornering practice; 
  • bike handling skills; 
  • skills for group riding and moving within a peloton; and 
  • sprints.

When: Every Wednesday 6am - 7am 
Where: Meet at ECU Mt Lawley, corner of Bradford and Learoyd St Mt Lawley
Cost: FREE or pay by donation if you get a lot of value

Any cancellations will be communicated via Fusion Cycle Coaching Facebook page by lunchtime of the day before.
