Getting-the-basics-right Training Review
So you've been cycling for a while, doing structured or unstructured training, but you're wondering if you should be doing anything differently to optimise your training? Or maybe you're using heart rate or power data in training but you don't know if your training zones are correct?

This training review will point you in the right direction by making sure you are getting the basics right.

What I'll need from you:
- what is your training objective or next target event?
- access to your data, including heart rate and/or power data
- training limitations (e.g. time) so that my suggestions are realistic for you to implement

What I'll do:
- meet with you to find out about your riding and what you want to get out of the review
- review your typical weekly schedule
- look at the type of rides you are doing
- identify heart rate and/or power training zones, including functional threshold power or heart rate (assuming you have enough training data) or recommend test rides to do to provide the required data

What you'll get:
A mini report with the outcomes of the training review, such as:
- suggested enhancements to your training schedule and content
- how to make sure you're getting enough recovery
- training zones and functional threshold power or heart rate (accuracy will depend on what data is available)
- a training session to try that addresses some gaps in your training

Getting-the-details-right Training Review
So you've committed to a big cycling event but you're not quite sure where to start with your training? Or maybe you've been training consistently for a while now but you feel like you aren't making as much improvement as you'd like?

This training review will give you new insights into your cycling characteristics and ideas about how to get the most out of your training efforts.

What I'll need from you:
- what is your training objective or next target event?
- access to your data, including at least 3 months of power data
- training limitations (e.g. time) so that my suggestions are realistic for you to implement

What I'll do:
- analyse your data using specialist software (WKO4)
- look at key rides and metrics in more detail
- meet with you to discuss the outcomes of the training review

What you'll get:
A mini report with the outcomes of the training review, such as:
- everything included in the Getting-the-basics-right Training Review
- characteristics of you as a rider, strengths and limitations, and comparison to your target event and/or cycling standards
- individual power-based training zones
- a couple of training session to try that address some gaps in your training or target a specific area 
- discussion of key aspects of recovery and how to improve
- discussion of key aspects of nutrition and how to improve
